Know what I loathe?
That's right kids, dual audio video encodes! You can theoretically do it with AVI (I think), but I inevitably run across them in container formats like OGM or MKV. These are formats that contain perfectly-serviceable video (often divx) and mp3-encoded audio streams, but bundled in an unfriendly-as-hell container format for your viewing displeasure.
